Kylie joined Yovich & Co in July 2025 as Operations Manager, bringing experience in process improvement, team support and efficient ways of working. With a strong background in office administration and business operations, she understands how a business runs day to day and the importance of keeping systems, people and processes working smoothly.
Her role spans operations, administration systems, workflow improvements, marketing, client communications and internal processes. A self-confessed Microsoft Excel whizz with a natural flair for marketing, Kylie combines analytical thinking with creativity to support the firm's growth.
Outside work she keeps busy with family life and an ever-growing list of hobbies. You'll often find her out running, at the beach, or cheering from the sidelines as a proud dance mum.
